What data BgKillerBot processes, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
BgKillerBot is a Telegram bot that removes the background from images. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the bot and when you visit this website. You can reach us at @BgkillerSupportbot.
What data we process
When you start the bot, Telegram sends us your numeric user ID, your username if you have one, and your first name. When you send a photo, we process that image to remove the background and then delete it from our servers — the finished PNG is sent back to you and is not kept. We store how many images you have processed in the current month and the end date of your paid access, because the free limit and the subscription would not work otherwise. We never receive your phone number, email address, password or card details.
Payments
Payments for the unlimited plan are handled by Telegram (Telegram Stars). We do not see or store your payment details. Telegram only informs us that a payment was completed and gives us a payment identifier, which we keep for accounting and for handling refunds.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not need cookies to work. With your consent we use a web analytics service (Yandex Metrika) to count visits and see which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are set only after you press “Accept all”. If you choose “Only necessary”, no analytics cookies are set and the site behaves exactly the same. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to us.
Legal bases
We process your data to provide the service you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), to keep records of payments and limits (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)), and — for analytics cookies only — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
How long we keep data
Account data is kept while you use the bot and for as long as payment records must be retained. Images are deleted after processing; we do not keep an archive of your photos.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and you may complain to your data protection authority. Write to @BgkillerSupportbot and we will answer within 30 days.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the bot — image processing and payment infrastructure — and where the law requires it.

This policy may be updated. The current version is always on this page.
